Incidents at the docks

Die RollIncidents
1An unimportant baronet recognizes one of you and waylays you with pleasantries and inane conversation, causing delays on the road
2Someone attempts to recruit one of the PCs into the Whalies
3A young Lizardwoman is leaning out of her window, yelling curses at an elf woman in edgy looking clothes. There is a pile of dirty clothes and an obsidian colored pan flute on the ground.
4A giggling halfling stumbles out of a nearby flophouse into your path and trips. He is going to fall into a puddle.
5A squidship is being impounded, and a very angry looking penguin is waving its flippers angrily at the tired bureaucrat and pointing them in the half giant's face (or at least the general direction). The half giant is speaking in flat affect and appears to be repeating the same directions for maybe the 100th time.
6You see a large wagon driving by in which two large octopi wearing spectacles appear to be having a very spirited discussion, delicately holding teacups in their tentacles. They look at you in utter disdain.
7A bugbear father and daughter are walking down the street. The child keeps running ahead and falls down and begins to shriek. The shrieking hurts. Make a constitution saving throw or take 1d6 psychic damage.
8A penguin woman waves in your direction and yells in a carnival barker voice: "Crabs on a stick! Crabs on a stick! Get your sweet succulent crabs on a stick." They wheel their giant crab stick cart directly into your path and look at you with deeply menacing penguin eyes.
9An old half orc woman is sitting on a bench by the side of the road, crocheting what appears to be a very long scarf that is in danger of falling into an oil puddle.
10A beautiful half elf woman has a small stand by the side of the road where she appears to be selling roses and star lilies. She locks eyes with one of the party and begins yelling about her wares in a loud cockney accent.
11A group of 1d6+2 Servants of Blood soldiers march by in formation, beautiful and terrible in their white and gold armor. They are on the lookout for anything out of place.
12Two mail carriers are talking in loud voices about the recent union elections. They have parked their delivery carts and blocked the way.
13A chaise lounge appears to have been dropped in the street by a package delivery person. Several nearby children have taken it and declared it to be their Mountain, with their parents looking on with dismay and amusement. They have sticks and look ready to defend their new kingdom.
14A cloaked figure appears to be following the party, occasionally stopping and smelling. You cannot see their face.
15A spiky blond haired soldier with a great sword appears to be arguing with his companions looking at a map. They ask you for directions.
16A group of neighborhood toughs are blocking the side street you chose to walk down. 1d6+1 brigands.
172d4 beasts feeding on a fallen animal. They attack anyone who interferes with their kill.
18A noble artist recognizes a character and asks to draw their portrait
191d4+2 Rat Men lead by 1 Rat Captain are about to rob a apothecary shop
201 drunken veteran looking for a fight. Angry about a bad break-up. A kindly old woman and her daughter appear to be talking him down.
21A giggling group of 20-something aged low level cultists walks by, telling jokes and cut in front of you as you walk down the street and then stop, blocking the way in a big circle as they talk.
